    Consumption

    Preparation: For one portion, add at least 170 ml hot water to 65 g protein rice pudding (1 sachet) and stir with a whisk. For the desired consistency, leave to swell coveredfor 10-15 minutes and then consume.

    Tip: Desired consistency can be adjusted by varying amount of water and time of swelling (at least 10 minutes). Flavour and sweeten the mixture as desired with 2 g Chunky Flavour (3/4 Chunky measuring spoon, changes the nutritional values).
